Terms and Conditions for Lets Travel Korea

Chapter 1: General Provisions

Article 1: Purpose

These terms and conditions aim to define the terms and procedures for using the services provided by Lets Travel Korea (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), and to regulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of both the Company and the users.

Article 2: Effectiveness and Changes to the Terms and Conditions

  1. These terms and conditions become effective when published to users.
  2. The Company may change these terms in case of changes in circumstances or for important business reasons, and the updated terms will become effective in the same manner as described above.

Article 3: Applicable Laws

In matters not specified in these terms and conditions, the applicable laws and regulations shall apply.

Chapter 2: Membership Registration and Service Use

Article 1: Definition of a Member

A member is an individual who is recognized as eligible by the Company, agrees to these terms and conditions, completes the membership registration form, and is issued an “ID” and “Password.”

Article 2: Establishment of Service Membership

  1. Membership is established when the user’s application is accepted by the Company and the user agrees to these terms and conditions.
  2. Applicants must provide the personal information requested by the Company.
  3. Upon approval, the Company will notify the user of their membership ID and other necessary information.
  4. The ID cannot be changed, and each person can only have one ID.
  5. The Company may refuse membership in the following cases:
    • Use of another person’s name
    • Use of a non-real name
    • False information provided
    • Intentions that violate public order or morals

Article 3: Use and Restrictions of the Service

  1. The service is available 24/7 throughout the year.
  2. Service may be restricted during system maintenance, with prior notice provided.
  3. Online consultation may be restricted depending on the availability of the responsible staff.

Article 4: Service Fees

  1. The service is provided for free in principle.
  2. In case the service becomes paid, prior notice will be given.

Chapter 3: Service Withdrawal, Re-registration, and Usage Restrictions

Article 1: Service Withdrawal

Service withdrawal can be requested after identity verification via email at bkosworld.my@gmail.com.

Article 2: Service Re-registration

Re-registration requests can be made by following the same procedure as the initial registration.

Article 3: Usage Restrictions

The Company may restrict usage without prior notice in the following cases:

  • Violation of public order
  • Criminal activities
  • ID theft
  • Defamation, etc.

Chapter 4: Limitations of Liability Regarding Services

Article 1: Online Consultation

  1. While efforts are made to prevent information leakage, the following are exceptions:
    • User error
    • Deletion requests
    • Natural disasters or uncontrollable situations
  2. Consultation content may be used for internal reference and some content may be used for other purposes.
  3. Consultations are subjective opinions and do not represent the official stance of the Company.
  4. Repeated or unreasonable consultation requests may be restricted.

Article 2: Information Services

  1. The service is not a substitute for medical diagnosis. Professional consultation is recommended.
  2. The service does not recommend specific tests or treatments.
  3. Users are responsible for their judgments and actions.

Chapter 5: Obligations

Article 1: Company’s Obligations

  1. Provide stable service.
  2. Handle user feedback appropriately.

Article 2: Member Information Security Obligations

  1. The member is responsible for managing their ID and password.
  2. Consent to receive emails is included.
  3. In case of information leakage, the member must immediately notify the Company.
  4. Information may be used in the following situations:
    • Service improvement, targeted advertising, etc.
  5. Information voluntarily disclosed in communication spaces is outside the Company’s responsibility.
  6. Cookies may be used, but users can limit them through their settings.
  7. Information may be shared and used between affiliated companies.

Chapter 6: Dispute Resolution

  1. Disputes should be resolved by mutual agreement between the parties.
  2. In case of a lawsuit, the court located at the Company’s headquarters shall have jurisdiction.

Chapter 7: Affiliate Link Information

  1. Affiliate links are used as monetization tools, and their use is disclosed for transparency.
  2. Products linked through affiliate programs are carefully selected based on strict criteria.
  3. Purchasing through these links is the responsibility of the user.
  4. The Company is not responsible for the content of external websites.
